Unit 1 Lesson 2: Experience of Joy

Additional Ideas:

Use watercolor and white crayons to create hidden “Joy” art. On sturdy paper, have each child write the word JOY in white craon (or you can write it ahead of time for a fun surprise!) Then have the children paint the entire surface with watercolor, revealing the hidden message! This would be a good activity to work on while listening to joyful music, and helps continue the theme of “hidden joy.”
